Equipment List
Poster Display currently operates the biggest multi-color, in-line production presses in the world. These presses were custom manufactured to our specifications by the top press manufacturer in the business based on proven designs.

• Automatic Six Color In-Line Press - Capable of printing a 5' x 12' area in a single pass, this press is ideal for printing large images requiring additional PMS colors, varnishes, metallics, etc. It is also engineered to be able to print up to 24' in length on a single piece of material without splicing. This UV press is truly state-of-the-art in screen printing technology.

• Automatic Four-Color In-Line Press - Capable of printing a four-color image area up to 5' x 10' in a single pass. This UV press is excellent for printing 4-color process or complex multi-color work on a variety of substrates.

• Semi-Automatic Large-Format Press Lines - Two adjacent banner press lines capable of printing images up to 4' x 12' and greater. These presses can also handle a variety of substrates from thin, flexible banner materials to rigid materials such as wood, acrylic, plastics, or just about any other flat surface.

• Semi-Automatic Small Format Press - Is capable of printing an image area of 22" x 38" in either conventional or UV inks. This press is well suited for small decals, counter cards, mobiles, etc.

• In-Line Converting - Allows automated in-line conversion of large roll stock directly to the press feeder for sheet fed presses.

• Special Services Group - We have complete, in-house finishing services to meet all of your needs. The capacity in this department ranges from our seven station, 3 shift sewing lines for banner finishing, grommeting stations, precision cutting and trimming area, and custom services for display assembly, manufacture and design. We also offer custom packaging and drop shipping.
